What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried about 100 different things I’ve seen online. Recently bought a series x. The controller keeps disconnecting during multiple games (6 games so far). 14 times during my first attempt at MLB the show. I’m 4 feet from the console with no obstructions. Controller is up to date and so is the console. Every game I have played has frozen. I can’t get apps to open and close and sometimes it takes 6 or 7 attempts to get them to close. The store won’t even open today. My internet is working fine although it did take me about 15 minutes to get it to test it with all the lag. I’ve reset console and controller, reconnected, been in the settings, done updates, tried batteries, took the whole console to another house and tried there. I can’t believe that it would be like this for everyone. It has been a completely unplayable and unenjoyable device. Kinda feeling like I’m just out +$500 at this point. Please help. |

describe your faults and make a warranty claim. It doesn't look like the fault lies with you. |
