| I hardly see any relevance to XCOM here. Again, a wasted title. They should have named it differently, like some different sci-fi game as this is definitely not XCOM and hence, it does not possess any of the values that made XCOM a great game. |

| I remember I used to play Xcom but I can't remember a single thing about it now since it's been years. No clue what they are showing here seems like another fallout clone with aliens. |

| That's what they do. It's like Prey, does the new game resemble the old game at all. Not from what I saw. Even Deus Ex isn't really the same either. They just use the names to sell the game. |

Screw the original XCOM and it's crappy turn based gameplay. I don't recall ever being so bored and confused as I was when I tried to play the XCOM games as a kid.
This looks pretty damn cool if you ask me, and a tacticians dream. If the story is any good what-so-ever this will be a buy. The particle effects are especially pretty looking 
PS. I can't remember the last time someone else posted on this site with a positive comment. You guys suck, hard. |

Maybe you should try it again. As you get older, you tend to think more.
XCOM is a strategy game. Tactician's dream would be for example, Battlezone.
