I'm sorry, but it just makes the site as one of those extremely shitty cracks' sites which you would like to visit once and for all.
GGMania is still my homepage, but not for long I guess. Immediately when I launch Firefox that evil ad script runs and makes my computer freeze for up to 10 seconds until all words with ads are marked.
Any plugin that can disable that script?
If not, I guess I'll change my homepage. |

Alright. Thanks. There still is another annoying pop-up ad which shows up whenever you click on something on the site, but I can get over that.
I like GGMania's skin over Techamok's... |

Update: this doesn't seem to work on Firefox. Maybe only Internet Explorer relies on the hosts file. |

That seemed to do the trick. I've had adblock for a while and I never knew it could prevent scripts from running. |

But seriously, this is useful information for me too. GGmanias pop-ups are really getting annoying, but not any more |

That appeared to solve the issue. I've had adblock installed for some time, but I wasn't aware it could also block scripts from running. jili online |
