I've checked out the video, and seeing the differences is interesting. Source 2 brings a nice bump in visual quality compared to the original Source engine, but it's less drastic than what you'd see with Unreal Engine 5. UE5 looks fantastic, but it also has a very different feel from what you'd expect in a Counter-Strike game. If you're a purist, the Source engines will probably feel more "right" to you.
That said, CS2 should offer a solid visual upgrade without straying too far from the classic feel we're all used to. If you're into collecting skins or looking for something to freshen up your inventory, this website has some cool options for CS2 skins. |

Thanks, I think the idea of changing skins is important. At some point, it might become a little dull to fight those arch enemies in one and the same armor. So be sure, I get new skins now and then too. Just thought I might leave an article hereĀ https://daddyskins.com/blog/counterpedia/how-to-unlock-premier-cs2/ just in case you may potentially have the same problems as I did. A sort of shortcut, I might say. |

Yeah, I feel the same way about the Source engines keeping that classic Counter-Strike feel. UE5 looks amazing, but it doesn't quite have the same gameplay identity. CS2's upgrade is nice without changing too much, which is great for longtime fans. |
