They are nice headphones, certainly appear fancy enough. But my, going on 2 year old Plantronic headphones, are working quite remarkably for $30. My chances of seeing these headphones in a audio store here are slim. Plantronics pretty much owns in terms of choice here, everyone carries them. They are cheap with superior sound. |

140$ isn't really all that bad for the USB version. It seems like you are getting a reall awesome product, and it includes the sound card for it...Doesn't get much better than that. Of course..I'm a dj and am used to paying over 100$ for a pair of headphones haha. |

Oh no doubt they are good. I'm sure they are. But I have Creative XFi and 5.1 Digital Speakers. It doesn't get much better than that. That with a multi-plug headphone/Aux/Microphone jack. I can get Plantronic headphones and top of the line sound card supported by every game out there for less than the cost of those headphones. For DJ, sure, but I haven't seen a DJ bring his computer to play music. |

Yeah you got a good point there with the XFi card. Though, bringing my laptop out to mobile gigs isn't rare at all. Even to raves and such, I usually have my laptop with my Verizon Broadband card plugged in. I think I might pick up this program eventually though so I can stop carrying around 4-5 cases of 70 records.

Pretty awesome technology!
But I would still rather use my Sony or Technics headfones. |
