lodged an official complaint with the FTC
about misleading customers as to what Operation Flashpoint: Dragon
Rising would contain.

Good on him, hope he gets somewhere with it.

I had to go to trading standards about Codemasters with another title a few years back, was an awfully drawn out process that took forever.

its about time someone did this, so Manny other games have failed there promises and there is no way to tell till you buy it then find ur screwed....

more action like this is needed. but it also needs to be reported on just as much.

Well surprise,surprise Codemasters lied. They never learn. I was waiting for a demo, but was very surprised when the demo was pegged back -or not. This is an utter load of bollocks and basicaly promotes BI stock, most OFP?ArmA 1/2 vets will just stick with BI, since they obviously know how to treat their fans. BI must be pissing themselves with laughter at the CM forums posts.
I seriously hope CM get their balls kicked for this AND lose jobs, because the smug bastards deserve it Laughing
