| After trying the beta I definitely am not getting this trash. Same shit in a different skin. I'm tired of re-hash shit and that includes COD. Maybe EA should go out and actually hire a web person with a fucking clue. The web based browser, although I support it, is complete crap. How did I fare across servers? Headshot 12 times, killed in spawn with headshots and just people camping spawn another 10 times, I think there was maybe 6 valid classy kills overall. Same old same old. Play with friends or you don't have a chance. Camp in a bush or hide behind something all map and up your scores. Sorry that is just too fucking boring for me. Not to mention I lagged like shit on every server and yet people have perfect fucking aim. Funny how that works eh? Excellent connection in every game but play BF or BC and connection is shit. Game is total garbage just like the ones before. I'm not interested in paying 60 bucks for the same game time and time again. I'm glad I got into the beta it allowed me to confirm all my beliefs. |

Wow, I could only stand to watch 3 minutes of that video before I had to close it. That person is quite possibly the worst FPS player I've ever witnessed. I think they may be too used to consoles. Flailing around every time they shot, wildly missing by 20ft, no use of cover what so ever, no awareness of their surroundings. New game or not, that was the most horrific display of aiming I've ever seen. As for the game, it looks like BC2.
edit: I just realized that video is the PS3 version. That would explain why they were so HORRIBLE. On another note, they say the PS3 version allows a mouse and I'm not convinced it wasn't a PS3 noob with a mouse showing how bad he is. |

Wow, that really looks like crap. And why are they showing the crap PS3 version and not the DX11 PC version? Not that it would look any better. Maybe that why they did it.
There are so many issues with this game. I think I'll wait a few months for them to iron them out. Oh wait, we're talking about Dice, they will never iron them out. |

So you're telling us that after all the crap you've spewed in every single post about this game, you still pre-ordered it to get access to the closed beta?
Wow, that's awesome.
I on the other hand haven't pre-ordered because I'm scared they still have a really crappy back end, server-wise. Have read a bunch of things today about how the servers still have the same issues as with BC2. Gameplay wise I'll all set to play this game, just not ready to deal with the server BS. Hoping the servers are still running by the time the open beta starts. |

Honnestly, regarding the graphics, i don't find them looking great either, the hard-contrasting actually makes it look bad, the combination of mostly dark looking colors combined with the computer typed glowing scores do not fit this at all. It all looks so beta, too bad this is how it will be, and this is how it will look. If it feels the same as BFBC2 that would be great, but they only admit it will be something completely different, which in itself sounds as "Not good". They didn't mention the weakest part of the series at all, being the servers, which rings just another bell.
So again, I've never bought an over-marketed game before, and I'm sticking to this rule. Good games do not require harsh marketing.
Regarding this video, the only brave ones are the ones driving the ambulance in an empty city imho...... |

| Have been playing the PC Beta for 2 days and have to say it is an improvement on the alpha (obviously). Downside is they removed the vehicle from this particular map but it is a lot smoother movement and vaulting wise and the spotting seems to have been more limited than on BC2 as in you can't just randomly press spot and hope. There are of course still issues but not too many and the balance doesn't seem too bad. Looking forward to it immensely. As for Origin I run it when I want to the same as Steam and GFWL so no problem for me. |
